Chandra Prakash Wadhwani, also known as Kunal Wadhwani, is the Founder and Managing Director of the Wadhwani Group and Farmico Group, with over 25 years of entrepreneurial leadership across renewable energy, agriculture, logistics, international trade, real estate, and hospitality. A forward-thinking business leader, he has successfully built a diversified enterprise with a strong presence across India, the UAE, Africa, and Southeast Asia. His ventures are rooted in infrastructure-led growth, innovation, and sustainable execution, guided by principles of financial transparency and institutional governance.

Under his leadership, flagship entities such as Farmico Bio Fuel Tech Pvt. Ltd., Lawa Renewables, and Fairvalue LLP have emerged as key contributors to India’s renewable energy and sustainable development goals. His business portfolio also spans cold chain logistics, regenerative farming, hospitality, and international trade.

A graduate of the University of Greenwich (UK) with a Master’s in International Business, Mr. Wadhwani is known for maintaining a zero-NPA, governance-first structure and building scalable, ESG-aligned operations. Recognized with the Vidarbha Business Excellence Award (2016), he continues to drive multi-sectoral growth while fostering cross-border collaborations and investment-ready platforms built on sustainability, innovation, and long-term value creation.

Ashok Kumar Chordia

CA Ashok Kumar Chordia is a Fellow Chartered Accountant with over four decades of post-qualification experience in corporate finance, taxation, restructuring, and regulatory compliance. Based in New Delhi, he is currently the Director at Corporate Advisors Pvt. Ltd., where he leads practices in corporate finance, joint ventures and shareholder relations, business risk management, banking advisory, and financial stress resolution both within and outside the IBC framework.

Mr. Chordia has an extensive track record of advising corporates, NBFCs, and financial institutions on debt restructuring, turnaround strategies, capital raising, and governance frameworks. He has helped companies raise over ₹3,000 crore for greenfield and expansion projects, and has provided legal-commercial advisory for stressed asset resolutions under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code.

His advisory contributions include working with the Ministry of Fertilizers and Ministry of Telecom as an accounting expert during PSU disinvestment litigation. He has also served on advisory boards of companies in EPC, manufacturing, and diversified industrial sectors.
