Overview

Farmico Biofuels converts low-value agricultural residues and wood waste into standardized, high-energy bio-pellets that serve as cleaner alternatives to conventional fuels. Our plant employs advanced European-grade drying, milling and pelletising equipment calibrated for consistent energy value, low ash and controlled moisture — enabling reliable supply for industrial and thermal customers. Sourcing is local by design (majority within a 100 km radius) to reduce transport emissions and maximise farmer incomes through steady demand.
The business is also actively developing CBG (compressed biogas) pilots to convert lignocellulosic residues (paddy straw, Napier grass) into upgraded biogas for compression and distribution — extending circularity and supporting decarbonisation goals.

Farmico Bio-Pellets

Clean energy. Lower emissions.

Why Farmico pellets perform
Feedstock & Sustainability
  • Energy & specs: Gross calorific value (GCV) ~4,200–4,600 kcal/kg; ash ≤0.8%; moisture ≤10%; pellet density ~650–700 kg/m³ — delivering low emissions and high thermal value.
  • Process excellence: Equipped with double-shaft shredders, high-efficiency hammer mills, automated drying/cooling lines and calibrated pellet presses to ensure batch-to-batch consistency.
  • Quality control: Moisture control, precision shredding and automated presses keep ash and moisture low so the pellets meet industrial specifications.
